Matome Tray · Windows 11 x64 · Japanese UI
Reuse a set of files without assembling it again.
Matome Tray keeps named sets of file references. Replace one item in one set while the other sets keep their own references, then drag the chosen files to a folder or a compatible app.
The trial starts on first app launch, not when you request the ZIP. Polar asks for an email address to deliver the trial ZIP. The paid version uses the same ZIP and a Matome Tray license key. ¥980 is the Japan tax-inclusive price; check the final currency and total at checkout.
A concrete example
Both sets refer to the same PDF and an older cover image. Replace only the cover reference in “Submission”; “Sharing” still points to the old one.
Submission
- shared-document.pdf
- new-cover.png ← replaced here
- submission-note.txt
Sharing
- shared-document.pdf
- old-cover.png
- sharing-note.txt
Illustrative file names, not a screenshot or a recorded app operation.
What to know before trying it
- Language
- The app UI is Japanese. This English page does not indicate an English UI.
- Files
- The app stores references. It does not move, edit, or delete your original files. Updating an original changes what you drag next time; moving or renaming it breaks the reference.
- Drag output
- The app offers a standard Windows file drop as Copy only. Receiving apps and file types vary; check the destination after dropping.
- Current build
- Version 0.1.2 is supplied as a runtime-included ZIP. The current build is unsigned. If Windows shows a protection warning, stop rather than bypassing it.
The 14-day trial includes all features. After it ends, creating or changing sets and drag output stop; saved sets remain viewable.
